Burger King - Huntington

I enjoy Burger King's hamburgers, even though I don't eat a lot of junk food. My experience at this midtown west location was very pleasant. This time, I was the difficult customer, and the manager kindly reminded me of something important: the importance of being kind. She handled my attitude with grace and politeness, making me feel embarrassed for asking for a refund after she inadvertently gave my food to someone who had ordered after me. I hadn’t realized my order was ready while I was in the bathroom when she called. By the way, the restroom was impeccably clean. I apologize, and I assure you, Mrs. Great Manager, I have learned my lesson. Thank you!

I really enjoy Burger King! Whenever I'm able to find one, I always order a Whopper, fries, and a drink, and I'm always satisfied until my next visit. The only downside is that you can't dine in due to Covid-19.

Ryan's the young man is helping me tonight at the drive-thru at Burger King. There's nothing better than pulling up to the drive-thru and understanding every word they are saying to you. His attitude is AMAZING! Customer service skills off the charts! Very pleasant prompt and professional. Burger King is lucky to have you!

I ordered the triple stacker king. I had no idea it was going to be a triple cheeseburger with bacon, the size of a Whopper. It was a large burger. A lot of meat, for sure.
