Bidra med feedbackI live 5-7 min away and eat here towards night hours. I have always had positive or decent experiences. One time the chocolate machine for the frostys were down. I had ordered 3 and had to cancel. They apologized and gave me a free vanilla one with strawberries and exhibited strong empathy towards me as a customer. To me, this generates proper customer service along with implementing customer value and developing rapport. Most people make reviews only when enraged so do not be swayed subjectively by certain people on this review list. This is one of the best Wendy?s to go to!
Went to drive thru, only 2 cars probably the employees. As soon as I order “anything else” geez. About to eat my French toast and no syrup. No wonder this place is always empty looking.
I ordered 2 small ice waters for my children, and they charged me $1.99 each. When I pulled to the window I asked if ice waters were really$1.99 and he said yes and the manager came and confirmed. I will not be back. Not that I can't afford a drink, but that is just greedy. I can literally go to any other restaurant and at the most pay a .50 upcharge for a LARGE water. Greedy.
Detail oriented and staff knew the locals and their orders which is refreshing in a fast paced world. A witnessed a 50 something gentleman ordering for his mother, father, and himself in which he felt totally confident in their food choices available and the staff knew him and his parents without them being present. They dealt with my couponing with multiple orders from my myself and boyfriend to get the best deals too. Very patient staff. Kudos!
Just got this wonderful grilled chicken charcoal briquette from there. Almost chipped my tooth biting it. Worst experience ever. And you can’t call the restaurant. The number doesn’t work you get a this number is not in service message.
