Burger King - Huntsville

I recently visited the Burger King on Jordan Lane, and I was quite disappointed with the service. They couldn't even get my simple order right. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, and they claimed they don't do that — but I know they do! When I got to the window, I requested some ranch dressing, and the employee had a rude attitude, saying they charge for it. Of course, I’m aware that they charge for ranch; they even charge for water and ice! To top it off, our drinks were served without ice and were flat. I definitely won’t be returning to that place.

Thank you to the late-night crew! The service was fantastic, and the staff had a great attitude!

The place was quite busy, with some customers being a bit rude, but there was a young man at the counter who managed everything effortlessly. It's refreshing to see that in today's society! Keep up the great work, and make sure to compensate that young man fairly for his efforts.

They left the egg off of a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Instead of a biscuit, it was a croissant. And they left out the hash browns

I just order two 16 piece nuggets and two value fries. My fries had NO salt, they asked me what kind of sauce I would like I said BBQ, but I received NO sauce whatsoever. I don't have the time to go back. Very disappointed.
