Chick-fil-a - Huntsville

I had a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday, and it was completely tasteless and cold. There was no spice or flavor, and there weren't any napkins in the bag either. The chicken breast was also cut very thin. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in about six years, and after this experience, I won’t be going back. They really disappointed me!

I love eating at Chick-fil-A, but I've encountered some rude employees at this location. Today, for the second time, I felt frustrated enough to write this review. When I went to pick up my food, I asked a question about the difference in the toys because I was trying to decide if the one for a 3-year-old would be suitable for the child with me.

The service is consistently excellent, and even when there's a line out the door, they are quicker than other places with shorter wait times.

Very good load. the staff are friendly, with the exception of some who are in their feelings. manager are super and service is fast unless you order only drink / dessert. only the complaining is that the passage area could be better and nuggets are always salty. still likes this one.

I love going here when I need something fast for work. The food is good and no matter how long the line is I have never spent more than 10 minutes in it. Manners with the crew are good and friendly always.
