I had good service, but would recommend Chili's train wait-servers better. Also, they need a better host, this guy spent more time on his phone than doing his job. Which also makes serving tables so much harder. When your host is not trying to do anything to help clean and clear tables..

A bit pricy but overall worth it. delicious food and generous portions. friendly bartender. comfy atmosphere.

Got the BBQ brisket burger, most disappointing thing I've ever eaten, $20 for 2 bites of brisket and no sauce.

Got order wrong for my wife after waiting an hour. They were rude about fixing the problem. We didn't get service getting refills. Not a good experience AT ALL!!! We won't be going back!

I 've never had an experience so terrible in a long time. My boyfriend I arrived at 830 to get a late dinner. We were taken to the back of the restaurant, sat at a dirty table, given dirty menus. Our server walked past our table 3 separate times prior to even speaking. We order our food, we hear someone from the kitchen yell, we 've already locked the doors we waited 30 minutes before we ever received our drinks another 20 minutes before I received my nachos that were burnt to a crisp. My boyfriend 's food never came out then another server asked if he wanted it to go; as she saw us sitting at the table aimlessly. This was at 10pm, when the restaurant is scheduled to close. We both work in retail in management I understand the concept of wanting to go home but terrible service is unacceptable. I will NEVER be returning to this location again.
