Kfc - Huntsville

Rude staff members. I was so flustered from talking to them that I ended up not ordering any drink because I just didn't want to spend any more time there. Food was good tho

The drive-thru experience was extremely disappointing. Based on the reviews I've seen, this place really needs to be closed down. It's quite frustrating. The management is lacking, and the employees give off a questionable vibe. Clearly, the owners aren't doing any better by allowing this to persist.

I waited in line to place my order and finally reached the counter at 8:10 PM, only to be told they had just about four pieces of chicken available. I wanted a 12-piece bucket, but they informed me they wouldn’t be cooking any more chicken since they close at 9 PM. I'm a bit puzzled as to why they couldn’t prepare more, especially with 50 minutes until closing time. Popeyes got my money, but they really need to improve their management.

I arrived when the doors were closed, unknowingly, I walked in and was greeted nonetheless and was able to order my food.This small gesture was amazing as I was very hungry after a soccer game!Food was good, biscuit was a little hard and no butter or honey. Regardless the experience of being taken care of and not kicked out was nice. ?

I tried the Impossible Nuggets, and they were surprisingly delicious. I'm not vegan, but I incorporate a few meatless meals into my week, and these will definitely be a regular choice for me.
