Scene Lounge - Huntsville

My husband and I ordered a burger and a chicken quesadilla to go, they gave us a old hard and the most disgusting quesadilla and also a old burger. Because we were at the theater and is dark inside they thought we weren't going to realize how bad the food was but we took the food bad and complain with the person who supposed to cook our food and they had to make everything again.

The management was on the spot. She was friendly and very helpful. I think her name was erin. eating came amazing, tasted great, and in a contemporary wise. 10 out of ten, I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were going to the movies at Cinemark at the Bridge Street Mall. Since we arrived very early to walk around the mall and had plenty of time before our movie we decided to have a late lunch at the Scene in the Cinemark Theatre. The restaurant is quiet and has booths and tables. My wife ordered the potstickers for her lunch. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was topped with purple coleslaw, pickles and Chipolte mayo. The potato fries were hot and crisp. The prices are reasonable and the meal were hot, fresh and flavorful. There is an extensive menu with appetizers and entrees.

The Scene has really fallen off! The interior is so dated and the restaurant hasn't changed since early 2000s. The theater floors are disgusting and it seems they have an issue with flies and gnats. With all the new restaurants building up around Bridgestreet, you would think they'd be more proactive in updating the place.

I came in sat at the bar, I got my drink order in that was it . No one ever checked up on me so I can order food. This is the second time. Everyone around me was serviced, got checked up on. But it’s something about me I guess because they never allow me to order food. Even when I hint and ask for my check w/my one untouched drink they tell I am just fine to leave. . . Like at what point do you actually be concern that guest is leaving without anything being touched, or getting an order in?
