Starbucks - Huntsville

After visiting two other coffee shops that were located inside hotels or hospitals, my sister and I finally discovered this standalone Starbucks. We were warmly greeted by Na, the friendliest barista I've ever encountered. She took a moment to introduce herself and ask for our names while taking our order, ensuring we left with smiles on our faces. Her genuine kindness was a breath of fresh air, especially after the stress of searching for coffee. Our morning didn't start off well until Na turned it around completely. Thank you, Na, for your exceptional service and for brightening our day!

Okay, so I tried Starbucks again. The bacon is never done all the way so I had to stop eating their breakfast sandwiches. Last 2 times I got sick... Finally narrowed it down to the light pink barely done bacon). Coffee is great once you figure out how to order.I used to go to Dunkin on the same street but after ordering from the app for an entire week and not being able to get my coffee for one reason or another order ahead and get there and the building is dark... No one there. They promise it the next day and either no one is there again or gotta wait an hour etc). I decided to give Starbucks another try. Glad I did. NOW I PAY $3 MORE DAILY but the coffee is excellent.

Big and diverse menu for the entire day. Makes the move from the west coast to back home much easier. Everything Starbucks does have is fresh and priced to market. Baristas are almost all friendly. A standard in a city desperately needs one.

The strawberry acai lemonade was delicious, but the parking lot was awful. The parking lot was full and when I went inside there was three customers inside and three workers, so why the parking lot was full. Smh

The young man at the drive-thru kept my $4 change and then told me that he didn't care about it! If he can't manage simple interactions, he needs to find a different job! I will not be returning to this restaurant!
