Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We have the chicken strip family meal. Service was friendly and fast. Eating is always good. It didn't take long to get our order. The restaurant was clean.

My wife and I went to Zaxby on Sunday 7/25. We waited for 30 minutes for our 4 piece plate and when we got it the chicken and the frits were cold. In the meantime, the cashier was in dispute with another customer about a credit card issue. We saw another couple waiting for dinner. Also the lobby was dirty and the trip thru was supported. I get it that Covid has caused a shortage of workers, but maybe the owner of the company could be a little bit of an eighter on his business.

Last time I was cold, so today I asked if I could make it fresh. My food looks like it was reheated. Don't waste your time!

A five finger hen finger plate ordered. I have three sharp fingers with hardly any fries. I didn't even get a reception. When I finally got someone on the phone. You said I need a reception to correct the order. I called again and said they'd keep me on the line. They hung up. She could never pick up the phone again. Your service gets WORSE and WORSE. (Two stars, because the salads I ordered are fine.

Don?t waste your time. Seriously. I came in after church on Mother?s Day. The drive thru was busy (like 8 cars) but inside had only 2 people and only one was waiting on food. The staff were yelling at each other and the manager was trying to diffuse the situation. I assume the tension in the restaurant between workers is what caused the poor service and even worse food quality. I ordered simply and my food was cold and old like it had been sitting even though they are busy enough that it shouldn?t have had time to sit. The toast was too hard to bite, the fries had ZERO seasoning, the boneless wings were literally dumped in a bowl of sauce in the container and were too cold to eat, the celery was tiny and shriveled. I shouldn?t have to pay $25 for 3 small meals that are this poor in quality. I asked to replace my toast, for a fork, and for some seasoning which was met with an eye roll. I used to come here almost daily and I don?t know what changed but I am so beyond disappointed.
