Bidra med feedbackWe are five hours in the restaurant. we had to wait for the table and as soon as we got our table we had to wait 30 minutes for bread and salat. we were not offered in our salat cheese. I took four salat mouths and had some poke my lips. when it fell into my bowl, it was a hard piece of plastic that looks out of a bucket. said our waitress and she has another one to me. then we waited for about 15 minutes until she came back so I could get another fork because she went with my other salate. then we waited 20 minutes for our food. then I asked for a draw-out container and all the time we went out, there were another 35 minutes. brutal! dont recommend and will never be back again
When we asked for the garlic bread that was supposed to be included with the menu, she responded, "I didn’t bring it because some pizzas don’t come with it, so it wouldn’t make sense to serve it with pizza." Excuse me? If it's included, it should be served, no questions asked. At the very least, she could have checked if we wanted it alongside the pizza. Predictably, the garlic bread ended up arriving after our meals were finished, just like the dips that should have come with the pizza. Throughout our meal, Larissa never checked on us to see if everything was satisfactory or if we needed anything else. If she had asked, I would have mentioned that my pizza was undercooked (see the picture above). She clearly saw that I left most of it untouched, but never bothered to ask why. Instead, while we were still eating, she rushed us by asking twice in five minutes whether we needed take-out boxes for our leftovers! A few minutes later, she inquired about how we wanted to divide the bill – keep in mind that we were still dining. It's not appropriate to ask about the bill during the meal; that's something to discuss either at the beginning or at the end! Immediately, she brought our bills and the payment machine while some of us were still quietly eating. She didn't even ask if anyone wanted dessert or anything else! At this point, we were all utterly shocked by the lack of service. The restaurant was empty, so there was no urgency for new guests, and it was only 7:30 PM. As she processed our payments, she vented to her colleague, loudly exclaiming, "They literally didn’t tip me!" for everyone to hear. It's worth noting that I was the only one at the table who didn’t tip her, while everyone else did for what they felt was good service. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.
I asked for more bread, but we didn’t see our server again until after we finished eating. When he finally came by, he asked if we needed anything else, and I mentioned the bread we had requested. He eventually returned with it. However, my soda was empty, and I was never asked if I needed a refill. I understand they were short-staffed, but the service was lacking. The main courses came out a bit too quickly for my liking, and overall, I was quite disappointed with the service today.
As another evaluator mentioned, we showed up with two children. I'm sorry, we run low, they can only have a child menu. I don't care, but it seems unlikely to me 3 months later still rationing menus. then my child orders one of the drinks on the menu. I'm sorry, only 1 of the 4 available. the children go to order. they want slider, I'm sorry we don't have them either. the service was a little slow, but not terrible. eating is about what they expect. Honestly, not overly impressed. it is a family restaurant, I felt as if the children were treated as second thought/benefits. probably not coming back.
Found they had a limited wine selection. Service was slow but could have been the result of staffing issues everywhere. Ordered fettuccini Alfredo and was disappointed as sauce was runny and order was not accompanied with garlic cheese bread. Just OK meal but will not return
