Mary Lou's Coffee - Hyannis

I've visited Marylou's several times, and my only concern is with some of the teenage employees. When you walk in, you often see them either on their phones or chatting with each other, seemingly ignoring the customers. They tend to have an attitude when taking orders, making you feel unimportant. On the other hand, the older employees and the manager, Amanda, are a delight. They genuinely care about ensuring customer satisfaction and put in a lot of effort to make sure you have a great experience. The food is delicious, and the coffee is outstanding.

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of iced and hot coffee flavors! It's delightful to find that the flavors come from actual ingredients rather than just syrups. They have excellent choices for both iced and hot coffees! I tried the iced decaf vanilla hazelnut coffee, and it was spot on. I also really appreciate the pink theme throughout the place. This is definitely a wonderful alternative to Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if that were an option. I was very disappointed with my experience this morning. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and instead of taking my order, the worker started preparing orders for the regular customers behind me. It didn't seem fair that they were being served before me, especially since I had been waiting patiently for longer.

Every time I go to this place the coffee is terrible, and the flavors are gross. I can get a better coffee at Cumberland Farms then I can here.

ONLY in Massachusetts! So yummy, lots of flavors, and very reasonabl priced. DD is getting expensive, and Starbucks is ridiculous in their pricing. I wish we had one near me. I could go 3x for the price of Starbucks once. Place is clean, people are friendly and super nice. A must visit. They sell their coffee and pods as well in store only. If you like it and I think you will ... stock up unless you live near by. Very affordable.
