Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hyattsville

Some of the workers here are full of attitude and a huge piece of lettuce with dirt was in my meal . This branch is really dropping its Standards in the last few months.

I ordered a Salad bowl and chips Dip via Uber Eats. The chips were not fresh and practically stale. My food came with a Reynolds Aluminum Wrap Foil cover, not the kind that usually comes with Chipotle food, like someone made it at Hm. The portions were small and a lot less than usual, it was like half the bowl. I would never order from here again and was very disappointed in my meal. Wish could give zero stars.

This location is kind of hit or miss. Usually, the food is still good, but the staff doesn?t seem to be on top of it all the time. Lots of little mistakes. Example: last night I ordered of the app and when I got there (at the specified time , they hadn?t even started the order yet. So I waited another 10 minutes. When I got home, I saw that they had made me a salad instead of a bowl. Also, the chips were either overcooked or stale. Corporate gave me a refund so I ordered again. Same thing happened where I arrived (late this time to compensate? and they still hadn?t started my order. This time it was correct but the green salsa was very solid (looked like collard greens . Idk if it was an off night or what, but I will say I?ve had some good experiences at this location too. It?s just got to be a gamble you are willing to take.

Overall good service. nice staff. But today I found a finger length piece of plastic in my bowl. I was chewing on it. Tried calling. No answer...

Got the chicken bowl the chicken is not seasoned to taste(doesn't seem like they seasoned it) at all and they forgot my lettuce. Oh and one broad was rude to her co-worker snatching the spoon from her hand as she was serving me corn in my bowl. Rude ass girl with the red inflamed skin on your face. Don't be so rude to your co-worker.
