Burgastronomy - HYDE PARK

Absolutely appalled at the service provided at Burgastronomy Hyde Park. My girlfriend called to place an order before I drove home from work, thinking 20 minutes should be enough. She was kept on hold for 23 minutes while she could hear other customers being served in the background, and then the server hung up on her. When she called back the only explanation she was given was that the store was busy. When I arrived shortly after she had been hung up on, there were 2 customers in the store who were eating their meals. I asked to see the manager, who was in fact the server, who told me the store had been busier earlier apparently, and in lieu of any real apology said "haven't you ever forgotten something before?". We won't be returning here again, nor would we recommend this store to others

Always great food, and great service, highly recommend heading there for a delicious burger, I also recommend my favorite off the menu which is the Trucker or Shroom with added beetroot and pickles! :)

Burgastronomy is one of my favourite places to come I don't know about the other burgers but definitely recommend trying the mushroom burger (add chicken or beef patty if you want) I just have it as is and if definitely the best burger I've ever had. Also love their chips especially the sweet potato fries

Amazing food specially their sweet potato chips amazing service, many craft beer to choose from. Love the ambience. They should be proud of what they are doing.

The Hot Bacon Bird is the best chicken burger I've had, ever. Amazing!!! Nice decor and very friendly staff. Also highly recommend the Trucker, mate of mine said it was awesome!
