Lucy's New York Style Pizza

Wow! My family and I really loved the pizza! We ordered the 12-inch meat lovers and the 21-inch Hawaiian, which was massive. It turned out to be too much pizza for just the three of us. I don't recommend reheating it; we only had a microwave available since we're from out of town, and it was much better fresh. The delivery was quick, and ordering through the app was easy. The only issue we faced was figuring out the sizes; we weren't sure what to get, which is why we ended up with so much pizza. It would be helpful to have a slice count or recommendations for family sizes when placing an order. Aside from the sizing issue, the pizza was incredibly delicious! We can't wait to come back.

I like when a place uses quality products has a good dough and has friendly staff. Lucy?s checks the box on everyone of those. Cute little pizzeria I had the build your own which was a pepperoni, sausage, onion. Spot on they did a very good job with it.

Clean venue with enthusiastic service from a charming young server. Tasty barbecue wings with just the right spice and tang. Nice sauce and fresh toppings on the pizza. As other reviews have mentioned, they really like to blacken their pizza. The photoshows a pizza that was ordered ?light bake? and seeing someone else?s, ours really was cooked less. Ours was still enjoyableenough to finish, but be forewarned if you don?t like a dark, crispy crust.

"This is how our pizzas were delivered today. When we called to address the issue, we were initially informed that there would be no replacement pizzas and no refund. After some lengthy discussions with the manager, we were eventually told that we would receive a refund. I am very disappointed with the service we received today and will not be returning."

Broadway location! I received a burnt calzone! It's surprising that they would send out such a poorly prepared item to a customer. The other calzone I ordered was oddly shaped, but at least it wasn't burnt. Clearly, their quality control has declined. I tried calling six times to inform them, but nobody answered. They must have known something was wrong. I felt really disappointed because we usually enjoy their calzones. Update: I called their other location, and they fixed the issue.
