Black Heart Cafe - Ikaluit

I'm glad to see that they serve Equator coffee from the Ottawa Valley here. It's also easy to find parking. I highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic coffee shop that serves excellent espresso drinks made by skilled baristas. They use Equator beans sourced from Almonte/Ottawa. The breakfast and lunch options are fresh, thoughtfully crafted, and reasonably priced for Iqaluit.

The café is filled with an assortment of books, plants, and Inuit art from across Nunavut. Just a heads up: seating is limited, and it tends to get quite busy on weekends and during the early morning hours (8:00-9:00 AM). Overall, it’s a pleasure to see some of the baristas, who remember your name and are always eager to get your order started. I will definitely miss Black Heart until my next latte fix!

AMAZING! This city truly needs a place like this, with its clean and cheerful atmosphere. I absolutely adore the art corner for the little ones; it adds a wonderfully friendly vibe. I'll definitely be coming back regularly for the macchiato and biscotti! <3
