Creperie du Phare - Île-de-Batz

After cycling around the island we had lunch at the well located creperie not far from the lighthouse of the Isle of Batz with a beaufitul environment surroundering us The food was really good, I had the crepe La Motte, awesome

This is a lovely traditional crêperie near the lighthouse (le phare) the savoury crepes were delicious and there were also options for those who wanted something different including various mussel dishes with different flavoured sauces and chips. The sweet crepes for desert were delicious... just as well we had another 8km walk to work it all off and make room for our crab supper! Definitely preferred this creperie, but strongly recommend you book it as it was popular. The terrace is a lovely place to eat with views over the lighthouse and the sea thoroughly recommended!

At the end of our road on the Ile de Batz was the Creperie du Phare a little treasure. We were welcomed for late afternoon aperitifs, crepes, galettes and enjoyed the wonderful seafood caught daily! A must for all lucky visitors to the Ile...de Batz.

Not quite open year round (call ahead to see if they are), this place is a great stopping point for a satisfying meal with views of the ocean. They accept AMEX, CB, etc- and there are mussels, frites and other things for those who dare...not try crepes. Only thing we didn't love was the cidre brut, but the crepes (both sweet and savory) were fantastic.

Great crepes! The hamburger crepe and frites were wonderful! Salads were beautiful. Dessert crepes were amazing! My favorite was one that had apples and caramel! Delicious! Would recommend!
