Hotel Restaurant le Bellevue

Unfortunately all other restaurants on the island were either closed or full otherwise I would not choose a hotel restaurant. The waitress was lovely but the owner or boss ? was rude. Tiny portions and not cheap. My partner got ill that night after eating the salad. Avoid!

Two groups of 4 of us comprising 2 Irish, 2 Dutch and 4 English attempted to order lunch at this enormously over priced restaurant . There were others eating , some of whom arrived after us, so there was not a generic problem preventing service. We were studiously ignored by the waiter, but eventually managed to prize some menus out of him . We then sat... and sat... and again were ignored despite trying to stop him as he was passing . After waiting in all nearly one hour, 6 of us gave up and left . I have no idea what this waiter's problem is , but it clearly needs radical and immediate attention

We booked a room for Friday 11 November by phone at the hotel. On Wednesday, we recall requesting a cancellation because my husband broke the tibia we send the proof of consultation to the emergency. Despite this we will be debited and we are sent a gift voucher!!! Very mediocre process

Very good meal and nice waitress, but the not friendly waitress at all, it should change work or go on vacation. Ele's answering us at least 10 times I don't know what's wrong with serving without respect. Too bad for his competent waitress brown of a certain age in case.
