Burger King - ILFORD

The staff was friendly and service time was good for 4 meals I ordered

Great food served quickly and hot. It would definitely deserve five stars, but I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for sweet chili sauce, even though I ordered a double pump menu.

I really enjoy Burger King, but the one in Ilford seems to have lost its appeal. I hope this isn't the case across all locations because I love their grilled food. I recommend downloading the BK app for great offers, but I wish they would focus on serving high-quality meat that isn't bland. The chicken burgers could use a bit more flavor. The staff at the register were very friendly, and my meal was served nice and hot. The restaurant itself was very clean. Unfortunately, the restrooms were out of order, and I was disappointed to find there's a 10p charge for BBQ sauce.

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The food was warm, fresh, and everything was immaculate. Sofia served me, and I received exceptional customer service from her. She was incredibly kind and truly made my day. This is the best Burger King I’ve ever visited!
