Gianni's Cafe - Illinois

I am so glad we decided to eat here for dinner! Very friendly staff, the best service, and really great Italian-American food. It was our first time here so I decided to try a couple items. Ordered a delicious vodka sauce pasta with mushrooms as the main course, fried ravioli (I could clean up a whole plate of these alone haha), and minestrone soup. Food and service was good. We went for lunch and lunch menu was limited. It was mostly salad options so we opted to get a dinner item. Portions were huge and delicious but way too much of a meal for lunch. It would be nice to see some sandwiches or lighter options.

I was recommended by a colleague to check out Gianni's while I'm in town for work. I took her recommendation last evening and was pleasantly satisfied. Courtney at the bar is a gem and the food and drinks were great!

I had the lasagna and it was delicious! I would definitely go back.
