Merk Pension Garni

The staff didn't speak English at all and didn't make effort to try to understand me. They were very rude when asked questions or asked for a service (e.g. ironing). The room was more than basic (not even soap) and had a tired design. Breakfast also had minimal offering. This is the worst hotel I've stayed so far. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The garden café is very nicely located directly on the lake. the service was friendly and cake and very tasty. I can recommend the heavenly space.

On recommendation of a known as secret tip in immenstaad we visited the caffe. the expectations have completely fulfilled. the cakes are first class. with beautiful weather you can sit in the garden.

Can only evaluate the caffe. it is exactly opposite our apartment. the cakes and torts are made themselves they are very tasty. hurstsalat and yeasts were top.

Very unfriendly reception by woman Merk-hat was probably just in the soap bite-it was in immenstaad no suitable room free- with direct vision, that should have given me to think! the room was large, bedding and cabinet were relatiw new.In the mini wc & dushes some towels were french- sowas left in the garage for cleaning too We had booked on the internet. - no confirmation email if i.O. - then called 3 times if the room is booked.Only when paying the chefin and her mother were a little more friendly, that much also the other guests on.Here is only cashed and nothing invested in the cleanliness and the service!can only guess to book here!
