Yenice Pizza - Immingham

Vegetarian pizza arrived with pepperoni on. Replacement pizza never arrived although it was already paid for. when i called back they hung up the phone after telling me they were closed.Left out of pocket and hungry on a 12 hour night shift!!

Asked for menu and garlic sauce on kebab didnt recieve either and arrived cold

Ordered food at 2200, Arrived at 2250 and was wrong, was immediately telephoned to ask for a replacement, was assured that it would be replaced, 2 and half hours later no food arrived, no refund issued. Will be popping in Saturday 16th Feb to retrieve a refund for food not delivered!!!!!!!

Would not recommend ordering from yenice, 50 minute waiting time which I understand with it being a Friday, however when food got here it was all cold. Asked for a refund and they say I have to wait until tomorrow and put the phone down. Poor service. Don't even deserve a star, absolute disgrace.

I use to live on area and ordered regular from yenice an as truck driver in tge area i just walked in to shop tonight so 2 blokes bdhind counter 1 scraping a donner wrap of counter and finger flick it back into wrap then wipe fingers on outside of wrap ...then picked up remainder of counter and a old menu and flicked it into my meal tray the other lad was preparing... both stood laughing whislt im sat looking ..... my meals in bin and lost my custom for life dirty twats
