Domino's Pizza - Imperial

Placed an order for cheesy bread 1 large pizza at 6:28 pm. It is 8:14 the tracker still says Prep . No one is answering the phone. We 've been loyal customers, always tipped, never really complained. This is rude. No phone call. No explanation. No pizza.

We placed an order days in advance on the app for a class party of kindergartners. They delivered to the wrong address and told me it was not their fault it was the computer system having issues. No refund, no effort to make it, just a poor teacher left in a panic that her entire class didn’t bring lunch because she promised pizza. I’m disgusted by the lack of concern.

Worst experience ever! We were missing a topping on our pizza. We asked to be credited for the missing topping and the manager became irate and in the end told us to get pizza from Papa Johns instead if we don’t like the service there.

This store is so horrible order off the app for delivery, food shows and nothing is right. I have been on the phone for over an hour sitting on hold and can't get ahold of anyone in the store to make my food right. Havent gotten to speak to a single person. They refuse to answer. Thanks to them me an my daughter can't eat on Mothers Day cause of their mistake that could kill the both of us if we eat it and have no car to take the food back. When I try to report a problem through the app it only wants to offer 20% off future order. I just want food to eat on mothers day with my child. Oh and that was the last of my money til payday. What a wonderful way to treat your customers.⁸

I told my wife to order whatever she wants, when the driver showed up, I was in the garage and excepted the order, not knowing that there was two items, missing, on top of that the crust and bread of the pizza or Dowie, and other cooked, I sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold before giving up, with all the horrible reviews and inconsistencies, you would think they would fire all the managers and start fresh, it’s not that hard to double check a ticket and make sure that you have the entire order delivered
