I had a wonderful lunch with polite service. The place was nice and clean, and it was easy to pay. It's a great spot to stop by while shopping or running errands.

The wait for your order is excessively long. I've experienced delays even after going to 7-Eleven, and my food often arrives icy cold. I don't appreciate cold meals at a fast food restaurant; it’s hard to understand how it can be called "fast food" when it takes over 20 minutes to receive your order. The quality of the food used to be better, but that seems to have changed.

I ordered large fries, but I was given a large Sprite instead, which I ended up tossing out. Aside from that mix-up, the staff really tried their best.

I went to Carl's Jr. at 8:30 pm. With my friend To have dinner. We were going to go in and order our food but the rude over weight possably the manager, Hispanic woman. Had already locked the doors. I knocked until she came to the door. I asked to belet in due to the sign read they close at 9:00 pm. She said No, I'm not going to let anyone else in go through the drive thru. I said we just want to order our food and go. She said she had a guy sleeping and she wouldn't let us in. There were otherpeople sitting down eating in the lobby. I couldn't understand what the problem was. Then she said there was a huge mess in thebathroom which my friend said we don't need to use the bathroom we just want to order our food. She then said then go throughthe drive thru. I already closed down the register. She was Rude and not nice at all. She didn't have a name tag on so we didn'tcatch her name. I definitely won't be coming to this Carl's Jr. Ever again.
