Chick-fil-a - Independence

I wasn't at my usual restaurant this time. I ordered ahead using the app and chose curbside pickup to expedite the process, but it ended up being very slow. When I finally got my food, there were no other cars in the parking lot or at the drive-thru, so it really shouldn’t have taken that long. I hope this was just an off day for them, because the food itself was excellent—5/5!

Super nice people and eating was fast and hot. the cash register was so nice to my young when they got on their ice cone and they also kept the books!

The Independence store has the worst service I've ever experienced. Today, I ordered a chicken bite with American cheese, but what I received was completely different. I had to go back inside to address the issue. When I asked the short lady what happened, she took my sandwich and my receipt and sent it to the kitchen three times to fix it. After waiting 10 minutes and having to shout for her attention, I was met with no apologies, no accountability—nothing. If this is what they call customer service, I definitely don’t want it. It seems there are better options out there.

The wait was quite long, but the chicken was served hot and had great flavor. The waffle fries were also warm. The staff was consistently friendly throughout the visit. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Consistently good food. I've eaten here dozens of times at this point, and the quality never changes. Never gotten a wrong item, never gotten bad quality food, always excellent service. I wish every fast food place was as efficient and had this high of standards for their food.
