Fuji Grill Buffet - Independence

This is one of my favorite places to eat! I enjoy cooking my meal on the grill, and I always appreciate the young man who prepares it. The Hibachi Grill is located in the back, and I love to get chicken, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, noodles, and an egg to cook on the hibachi. I add some teriyaki sauce and a bit of crushed pepper sauce, and it turns out delicious! I also can't get enough of the roasted rice from the bar to complement my meal. So tasty! - Miss Arlene

I can only say wow! The food here is amazing and caters to everyone’s tastes. They offer everything from pizza to grilled fish, as well as a variety of Asian dishes, including fresh sushi and noodles. Come here and bring your appetite! Their prices are quite reasonable for such a diverse selection. Check it out!

Fantastic buffet! Very recommended!!! This top comment was a year ago. This is from last Sunday. Since most people actually don't read reviews and I won't take away from most hard-working employees, I won't change this 5 star review. Let me say that the food is still amazing, although I no longer eat the same types of food. I will not post the picture or say something to harm the great workers who go beyond and beyond everyday life, but only know that I came from Florida to be their with my daughter, her friend and one of my oldest friends. I'll never go back and never know anyone. The food is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Even if it is packed, the waiting time is not bad. Enjoy! The first 3 pictures come from last year

I haven't been there in a long time but a friend of mine blessed me to go today and it was very good excellent food for the portions that I've eaten and the service was right on spot this time then some places I've been.

Overall a good buffet. I didn't realize there was sushi until the very end when I was full, so I can't give a full score on all the food but what I ate was so-so. The desserts were all dry, as was some of the food, being left out a bit too long I think. But I generally like unpopular things like mushrooms, green beans, vegetarian dishes and shrimp, hubby said the more mainstream his food was the better it was because it was fresh. Staff was great, helpful and friendly as well as quick. Restaurant is very clean. Over all, 4 stars. Will go back again and will update my review when we do.
