Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Independence

Potbelly is definitely one of my favorite sandwich places. During my many visits, I've enjoyed their warm flatbreads and tasty soups. The cookie they add to their milkshakes is a sweet treat that takes them to another level. The interior design is distinctive and features many eye-catching elements. It's a fantastic spot for lunch!

Incredible service! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently delicious. There are many sandwich places out there, but Potbelly stands out among the upper tier of sub shops. My favorites are Penn Station, Potbelly, and Firehouse. DeBella's just barely misses the mark!

I had a catering order for a student program I teach on Sunday, and unfortunately, I received an email that morning notifying me of a mistake: they hadn't received my order. I called the store in a bit of a panic since I needed to provide food for several people. They explained that a power outage had forced them to close to the public. However, the manager was very friendly and went out of his way to assemble my order. Even though it wasn't his fault, he was incredibly apologetic and made sure everything was handled. My order was ready right on time, and when I arrived, the staff even helped me load everything into my car. I really appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this store for any catering needs! Thanks once again to the manager and staff for putting my order together so quickly and efficiently.
