Subway - Independence

I went in today to grab a sandwich, and there was absolutely no one around. I waited for about 10 minutes before deciding to leave.

The bread selection is often disappointing; they rarely have what I'm looking for, and when they do, it's stale. During my visits over the past six or seven months, I've frequently encountered hard, crunchy bread. There have also been several occasions when they were out of nearly all the toppings.

I've visited this restaurant three times in the past three weeks, and each experience has been disappointing. On my first visit at 6:30 PM, they were out of bread. Yes, a sandwich shop without bread—what were they planning to serve for the next three hours? During my second visit at 7 PM, their systems were down and they couldn't take any orders. Today, I arrived at 5:40 PM, only to find they were out of tuna… again. There always seems to be some issue with this poorly managed place. The service is consistently slow, which has become the norm here. If they can't improve things, they should consider closing down.

Okay it's been over 4 months and you cannot get service here! Why? Because April will tell you she only has wheat bread...every. Single. time. When my husband pointed out there was white bread right in eye sight, she claimed it was from yesterday.But....you don't have white bread today??? This place is a joke. Fire that girl already!
