Golden Corral Buffet Grill

For as busy as this place is it was pretty ugly inside.Most of the food was ok not the best or the worst I have had seemed like a lot was microwaved. I don't know if I would pay that much to go there again . Was 85 bucks for 4 people

I enjoyed breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning and dinner buffet all week. Delicious food. Does need to mix up and change some buffet entrees .

For our first visit, as a family, to this location, it wasn't too bad. The food was good. However, a better job could be done at labeling the dishes. For example, the fried fish was under the label for chicken tenders. This is bad for folx with food allergies, especially kids. Overall, it wasn't too bad of an experience.

08/05/2023 Update: Price went up $10 for the two of us to eat there, like everywhere else, but the food was just as good as before. Still the best store in the region. Updated 03/31/2018 After the huge disappointment of them being closed when we came for our Christmas dinner, we had a great meal on this date. They still need to open a store around the Hartford CT area. The place was overflowing with hungry people. Hey GC! You need to get more stores opened up in southern New England. This store is extremely overwhelmed by the number of people coming here! Finally, finally, finally, a Golden Trough worth the price! The food was fantastic! Of all the ones we have eaten at this one is by far the best!

I often find buffets are good when they are new and after a few years they aren't very good anymore. Golden Corral has been around a long time, we wanted lunch and it was only $11.99. I had a hamburger, pot roast, home fries, cornbread, I made a taco, carrots, broccoli, and a lot of other items in small amounts . The cakes were dry, and the carrots and corn were flavorless. Everything else was good. The hamburger was thick and juicy and I told my wife that I wished my pot roast was that good. Everything was clean, the buffet was well stocked, the empty plates were promptly removed and the sodas were refilled. At $11.99 for lunch, you could easily spend as much at McDonalds for a burger, fries, and a soda. If it were closer than 17 miles each way, I'd eat there more often.
