Outstanding customer service from the team here at Moe?s in Indian Trail!! They cooked my tofu fresh on the grill and even asked if I wanted a lid for my bowl on the way out! Extremely impressed and highly appreciated

Worst customer experience I've ever received from Ali. My order was wrong, that's not a big deal, because mistakes happen. This is how you handle them that show your true character. 4 articles on my pickup order, where wrong. Ali argued with me and told me they were right. When he realized they were wrong, he got an attitude with me and said he could do anything. I just wanted a refund for the things I didn't get, and that wasn't an option. Then he hanged on me and refused to answer the phone now. You decide

No tofu available when it?s on the menu. No toilet paper or paper towels in the womens bathroom and the changing table was broken. Needless to say as a vegetarian (with a 6 year old and a baby who mainly goes to Moes because of the tofu and needs to be able to use the restroom with my kids and change my baby, the visit left a lot to be desired. Every worker except one seemed like it was their first day and they had no idea what was going on. If it wasn?t for the one worker (manager maybe? my order wouldn?t have even been rang up properly. And they were also out of my favorite beverage. The container was completely empty.

The food is delicious and the staff was very friendly and gave great fast service. They are right next to sun valley 14 movie theater and give a $2 discount for movie goers. They have lots of options for Mexican food and an amazing salsa bar.

Great place to come here and have some good old nachos nachos or excellent food is good prices are cheap and you can have a couple of beers for very little money we can sit outside and have a good smoke after you watch The Great Movie parking with really nice atmosphere so if you're thinking about hanging out fast hang out this is the place to be definitely recommended.
