Arby's - Indianapolis

Every time I go to this restaurant, they are either busy with a rush or closed. It's frustrating not being able to order consistently. They need to stop the renovation and just close this place. It's worse than any other restaurant on Washington Street. At least there, they have staff who actually serve customers. I do not recommend this place.

To be honest, this restaurant is a disaster. The food is always cold and the last time I visited, it was truly disgusting. I definitely would not recommend it.

The service was excellent and the staff was very polite. The food was so delicious that I had to let it cool down. It was also very tasty and brought back memories of happier times. Thank you for making my day better.

Man. if this place could literally become something else. “Out of turkey”. closed at 10 when it says 11 everywhere else. 4 Mozz sticks instead of 6. never have a good experience here and think they are never busy. how do you screw this up without customers? please close and take another

Food is always fresh and hot....most important it's still hot when I arrived a few miles at my designation....
