Charleys Cheesesteaks - Indianapolis

I often order the Italian deluxe sandwich and a side of cheese at this restaurant. The sandwich was delicious, but I noticed that one of the sandwich makers put too much dressing on it, while the other one fixed it by removing some. It was still a tasty sandwich overall. The first time we had it, the cheese was melted nicely and hot, but the next time it was cold and hard. They should pay attention to the cheese being served properly.

I informed them of my allergies to mayonnaise and tomatoes, but they declined to remake my sandwich and did not allow me to speak with a manager.

I always order the buffalo burger with fries. It may be a bit pricey, but it is delicious and moist!

Terrible service from the manager! I asked if he had to fill, because I worked thirsty in the shopping center and he returned to me at the time of eating. no refill on a cup full of ice on 2pm with no one in the line. as cheap

Food is mediocre at best but they barley put any meat in the sandwich’s. You are basically eating bread and ketchup. Staff is extremely rude and make you pay for water because they “don’t have any water cups”
