Chili's Grill - Indianapolis

We found a cockroach on our table, which was shocking. We hadn't even taken a bite of our food yet when it appeared out of nowhere! The waiter, whose name I unfortunately forgot but who was very kind, quickly responded to our concern and brought the manager over. The manager offered to cover our meal, but at that point, we had lost our appetite and couldn’t continue our meal. I do not recommend this restaurant and believe it should be closed.

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant, thanks largely to Ashton, who provided the best service I've ever encountered. She was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It's been a long time since I've seen such outstanding service. I truly appreciate her efforts in making my visit so enjoyable. Additionally, my spouse has dietary restrictions due to being on blood thinners, as they cannot consume foods with vitamin K, and Ashton was very accommodating in this regard. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I’m currently having dinner with my family, and when I went to the restroom, I was appalled to see a cockroach. It’s unacceptable and really disturbing to find cockroaches in a restaurant bathroom.

Sport games on 4 different games. we sat outside the bar. we spluged and got margheritas: tequila, triple seconds, strawberry, sugar fed room, fresh limettes $6.00) then I got, queso with guacamole, pico, and a spicy diving sauce w/ yummy chips for about $7.49. he got a special 3-item plated with about 10 dials from $13.99)

I left. The waitress could not even speak or take my order. I tried to be patient. I was hungry. I am at TGI Fridays. Such a great place to come too.Disappointed,Ambassador Dr. Angela J. Nealy, Ph.D.
