Kfc - Indianapolis

On October 23, 2022, at 3 PM, I found that all three pieces of chicken were incredibly crispy—almost as hard as concrete. The Mountain Dew tasted overly sweet, almost like sewer water. The biscuits were decent, but the mashed potatoes were drenched in too much gravy. The KFC on West 38th consistently disappoints; it seems like they can never improve.

I went inside, and the manager informed me that they only accept orders through delivery services like Grubhub and DoorDash. He was very understanding and said, "I've got you, sir," before taking my order with great kindness. Timmy.

When we went inside, we encountered more rudeness from the management. After placing our order, we noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves or hairnets, and they weren’t washing their hands after coming and going outside. We asked for fresh fries, and they reacted as if we’d requested to borrow money, huffing and puffing while rolling their eyes. Ultimately, we asked for a refund. I would definitely not recommend this KFC; it needs new management and staff! If you're looking for a better experience, go to the one on Georgetown Rd.

I had such kind, polite friendly service. Also the best meal I have ever gotten from KFC.

This place didn't put much effort into making sure their customer had fresh food prepared that I paid for. I do NOT recommend placing an order at this KFC. CONSUMERS BEWARE.
