Kfc - Indianapolis

I absolutely love this place, especially when they manage to get the recipe just right!

The French fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil, resulting in an undesirable smell and taste.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, I was told they didn’t have anything I requested. No chicken at KFC??? That was really disappointing. They should have someone come out and inform customers that they're out of everything to avoid wasting our time.

Worker ?Tamia? was very rude throughout the entire order process! I waited 10/15 minutes before placing order then get to window and was told that I had to pull up and wait five additional minutes on chicken to get ready; I feel that a guest should not becharged until you explain there is a wait. If I knew about the additional wait time before I gave my payment, I would havecancelled order. I told the lady at the window that I was not waiting and that I wanted my money back since food wasn?t ready!At that point instead of simply refunding my card for the purchase, she calls the police on me! I have never seen a SO CALLEDmanager act as such; especially when someone is asking for a refund! My advice to professional minded and sane people; STAY AWAYfrom this location !!!

This KFC is awful. The employees obviously don 't care about anything, and are rude and slow. The last time I came through the drive thru and got a famous bowl meal, it took forever, there were FIVE pieces of popcorn chicken in it (which were 90% burntgrease and batter, I mean it tasted like I was eating leftover grease that was battered and fried into oblivion), barely anygravy, and no corn or cheese. I ate maybe 3 bites before I just threw it in the trash and ate leftover pulled pork from thefridge. 4 day old pulled pork from city bbq was 1000x better than the garbage they sell you here as food, all the while actingas if you 've ruined their lives by having the audacity to seek food at this restaurant. If you 're in Castleton and thinking, OhKFC sounds good, but I don 't know if I should trust it, do yourself a favor and buy a pack of cigarettes (to eat) instead.
