10/10. To begin, outstanding service from Chris. We started with the caviar pie. The toast points were perfectly crispy, yet also soft. We highly recommend. We also had some wonderful cocktails from the bar. My wife ordered the chicken schnitzel; it was perfectly fried and seasoned, the spaetzle was airy yet also crispy (perfect! , and the buerre blanc was incredible. Chris recommended an Austrian white wine pairing that was also spot on. I ordered the scallops dish. Words can't describe how good it was. If you're a fan of scallops in any shape or form, please order this dish. I also tried the house Syrah and loved it! Chris was dead on with his meal pacing. Also, please order the sticky toffee pudding!
This was our 1st time here. I chose to go there for my 50th birthday dinner. Terrill was our server, he's very good. The fresh baked dinner rolls were good. I had 2 glasses of cava, throughout the appetizer and dinner. The pork belly with watermelon and shishito peppers were not a good flavor combo. I didn't like it. I ordered the trout, which was good. My husband had the chicken schnitzel. It was ok. The potatoes Manhatten were good. As a special birthday treat, and the best part of the meal was the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream! It was so delicious! I had a cabernet with dessert. My husband had French press coffee. For the money, we won't return. I'd rather spend that kind of money somewhere else. I really wanted to like this place.
A hidden gem. Service, food and drinks are exceptional. Well crafted seasonal menu. We always enjoy our time here!
