Great menu and food and presentation. More interesting recipes than many places. Counter service, not efficient, but personal and friendly. Decor and atmosphere is to your taste, but interesting to look at.

If you are looking for some great biscuits and gravy, this is the place to be. This is a great comfort food spot. The staff is very friendly and the interior has a very new age cafe vibes to it. One of my friends recommended it for brunch and was an absolutely great decision to come here. So try out if you are near downtown Indianapolis. It is a shame, though, that they close at 3 pm. It would be really great if they could open till dinner too.

A cool place. Big easy vibes. My kids loved the free mortal combat. My family loves lengua so that was a great surprise on the menu. Unique gravy, DELICIOUS brisket, home made sauces. We are really glad we decided to come here. Might come back tonight for a beer!

The best part is, when you order from the menu—displayed on a chalkboard to the left of the register, like I did—you can expect a generous portion that's satisfying without leaving you feeling overly stuffed, which is a pleasant rarity in American dining. I chose the waffle with egg and meat, opting for pork belly as my meat selection. The waffle filled the plate, and although I requested a scrambled egg, I accidentally blurted out that I wanted it fried with cheese. Despite that mix-up, everything came together beautifully on the plate. The combination of the waffle, fried egg, and pork belly was absolutely divine. I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast.
