Oceanaire Seafood Room - Indianapolis

New Waiter Understandably, good help is hard to find everywhere. But when dining at a five star establishment, the wait stand should be properly trained. We ordered the whole dover sole. The new waiter struggled with fileting the fish. While he struggled, the fish got cold. The meal was not good at all.

Business dinner with 10-12 guests. Oceanaire food/staff/accommodations did not disappoint. When many are entertaining guests at steak houses, Oceanaire provides a mix of great steak/meat entrees while also making this Florida boy feel at home with what came off as an amazing list of seafood options that tasted as if they were right off the boat. Two nights here during a week long conference and I’m truly happy I made that decision. My go-to when traveling to Indianapolis

I have dined here many times and always had good experiences. This time they really let me down. My waiter showed no knowledge of the menu and seemed to be uninterested in general. Our appetizers were delivered in a timely manner. We then waited 40 minutes for our entrees. The kitchen must have had them sitting there for quite a while. They were cold and poorly cooked at that.
