Subway - Indianapolis

I asked for a cup of ice and was given a very small cup; however, witnessed another customer filling his large cooler with ice. I would have paid, if asked.

I like shopping here, but there is a lady who seems to be racist, and whenever she sees someone who is Hispanic she treats them badly. This has happened to me several times with her. Today she made me wait in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes, and I had to go inside to place my order. When she saw me, she laughed with another employee. They should learn how to treat customers. I need When I can, I will come to talk to the manager.

Ordered 2 all American clubs minus ham and was charged extra for bacon that alrt comes on the sandwich

The Italian herb and cheese bread was not fresh at all!!!

Drive thru wasn't open despite drive thru sign saying it was. If it's not going to be, please don't have the sign on.
