Staff was friendly food was good orders were accurate. It was a Saturday and they were incredibly short staffed like skeleton crew- short staffed-but the fact that they were able to still keep up with productivity dang! I appreciate you!

So I just left from this place from the drive thru and I ordered a western bacon burger customize. I asked to xtra pickles on the burger only because my wife asked me to add that since she's preggo and that's what she wanted. I got back home and my wifesaw that there wasn't any pickles. You guys charged me for xtra pickles that I asked yet you guys never added anything... Heymanager, you need better employees that are going to do what every customer ask for what they want on our burgers. I can't becoming to this location if this going to keep happening every single time I go order.

The Carl's Jr. in Indio is quite disappointing. The staff member at the drive-thru seemed very unhappy and it was clear that she wasn’t enjoying her job. Perhaps a position with less customer interaction would be more suitable for her. I hope Carl's Jr. can improve the experience. I won't be returning to this location again.

The restaurant has two bathrooms that used to be designated for males and females, but now they're labeled as "All Gender," which is fine. However, both bathrooms have combination locks, which makes sense if there have been issues with homeless individuals damaging them. What isn't acceptable is the refusal to let guests use both bathrooms, as one is marked for employee use only. Furthermore, when we first asked for the door code, the staff pretended not to understand English, but after we mentioned that we would place our food order first, everything was suddenly fine. Overall, this place has poor service and I would recommend avoiding it altogether.

I brought a busload of adults with disabilities here for lunch, and they were pleased with the service. However, one of the restrooms was out of order, which resulted in a longer wait for the facilities. Aside from the bathroom issue, the service was overall quite good.
