RED - Industry

A great place for a family get together. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We really liked the special attention the server gave us. It was our Christmas celebration and we’re so glad that we all met at Pacific Palms and spent the evening at their Red Restaurant. Will hopefully do it again next year.

Unfortunately, we did not dine at Red restaurant. On the day of our reservation, someone called and left a message that it’s under construction so we will be dining at another restaurant at the same hotel. At the time, our large party is hard to change venue, so we just went with it. I was hoping to sit down and rest, yet I stood there for what seems like 20-30 minutes waiting for staff to give us a functional high chair that’s not broken. Services and food, as well as the music are excellent. I have no complaint. It’s just with all things transpired, I can only give it 3 star, because we were originally expecting the lake view experience at Red restaurant, but told we are dining at lobby level restaurant instead.

After a delicious meal, it was just perfect to go outside and take in the gorgeous view from the hilltop.

Daughter took me to a Fathers Day dinner. Great overall. She had the filet. And I had the marinated chicken. Everything was delicious. Probably the hottest plate and food I have ever received from any restaurant. And that says a lot. Very attentive. Staff must have asked four or five times while we were seated. Drinks stayed full, bread always warm, appetizers delicious and fresh. We will be back.
