Xi'an Kitchen - Industry

While on my lunch break, I decided to order takeout. However, halfway through my meal, I found a bug in my food.

Dear neighbors, I urge you not to visit this establishment! I requested a frozen drink, only to discover it was two months old. Thankfully, I did not consume it. When I tried to return it, there was no apology given. Instead, I was told to just drink it in place of a Coke because the ice cream had expired. Is this how a restaurant should be run? Are there no regulations in place in the United States? I decided to try the noodles, but to my disappointment, the quality was lacking. In total, including a 15% tip, I spent over $17 on a subpar meal. It is clear that improvements need to be made in the kitchen before continuing to operate this restaurant. The reputation of Xi'an Food is at stake if expired ingredients are being used to deceive customers.
