The salsa was a bit watery, but the homemade chips were delicious and generous. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The Toad Mexican chain in Eastern KY offers average dining. It's neither exceptional nor terrible—just okay for what it is. It's not a bad last-resort option, but it barely surpasses typical fast food.
