Bidra med feedbackAwful experience! The girl who took my order didn’t acknowledge anyone who walked in and ignored a customer who had a question. My order was incorrect, and they didn’t have any plates for the entrees, so everything was served individually. They also forgot to give me the meat juice I ordered. When I got home, the staff member handed it to me, but it had spilled everywhere because it wasn’t properly sealed. The management really needs to address the issues with their staff!
I tried to stay calm after they got my order wrong, and I remained friendly and patient throughout the experience.
The salmon was overcooked and the gyoza was burnt. Additionally, using Styrofoam for hot food is concerning due to potential chemical leaching.
The people who hired this company to cook Japanese food, has poured fat into the food and very strong. I've been eating at yoshinoya for many years and never tasted it so badly. the food companies rent everyone to cook the food and make it away from the original taste. I will never eat here again and please stop eating grease that it is terrible. can no longer find good eating these companies rent only someone have a head at work. never again! the rice is heavy and full of fat, as terrible. it just tastes terrible.
First time coming to Yoshinoya, always wanted to come after my trip in Japan. I was debating going to this place or the Mongolian place nearby and to my regret, I came here. I must say, I was really disappointed. I barely got any meat which by the way, was bland and flavorless, and the large bowls almost had the same serving I would get for a regular bowl. The service was not the great either, the lady that handed me my food was not respectful in the slightest. Probably not coming back.
