Bidra med feedbackWent to subway for my sick mum in hospital and ordered a sub Meal Deal including a cookie which that cookie tasted salty and peppery. Not a good experience and don’t recommend the cookies if that’s the case. Otherwise everything else was fine just the cookie
The staff at the restaurant were too preoccupied with preparing takeout orders to attend to customers in the dining area. There was no apology for the delay, so I decided to leave. This seems to be a common issue at this establishment.
I used to frequent Subway regularly, but my recent experiences have not been positive. The recent menu changes are disappointing, with limited set selections that are not very good. To top it off, the service has also been lacking. My last two visits resulted in incorrect orders, and in a previous visit, they had run out of gluten-free bread. Overall, these experiences have deterred me from returning to Subway.
A horrible venture if ordering via Uber Eats. I wish I was joking but about 80% of the time you order, they never have your order available, missing ingredients or full on items altogether or it’s just overall poor quality and rushed/sloppy food. The place is clearly lacking decent standards and needs better management from the numerous times I’ve ordered from them. Don’t bother, there’s better options. Time to go elsewhere.
After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I eventually left in frustration without even being acknowledged. The staff in different sections seemed to have little to do, despite a 10-person queue forming. One person had a backlog of around 20 sandwiches. Orders taken through the app were prioritized over those placed in the restaurant, causing longer wait times for in-store customers. The prices were not worth the wait, and I don't plan on returning.
