Tomi Japanese - Ipoh

It is run by a family, man and woman works hard for this Japanese restaurant. They have a wide selection of foods, but that must try, I would say, is their Bengos and Dons, the Bengos comes with a few pieces of Sashimi, which is definitely recommended for the price and food

The food is very good and the price is very affordable. A number of Bento including Mist Soup and Chawanmushi is just rm20! P/S: Boss lady looks unfriendly and cold but she is actually a nice person

A mini restaurant cater small pool of customers, sometimes the waiting period may be long, but it's worth it as their food is good at minimal to best. Sashimi is a shout out especially salmon, as it is always served fresh and with a thick cut of each slices serving. A variety of selection onto Japanese menu from bento sets, sushi, sashimi, teepayanki, tempura, sushi roll, ramen, udon etc etc. Open for lunch and dinner time. Best to call for reservation to get seats, and to get their premium salmon belly sashimi.

I am a picky eater and I doubt this place could impress me.... and yet.... the chawa mushi and bento lunches were excellent. I recommend this place for good affordable Japanese food. Ichi ban!
