Maidenhall Fish Chip Shop - Ipswich

Shocking. the personal touched my eating with mere hands during the COVID crisis! after touching the cash, money etc. not only my order was wrong after my eating was touched (i.e. I replaced the bread with brot from home and removed the baked layer from the huh) but the bungalow was rock hard and I would not have fed it to my dog. awful chips, full fat without taste at all. £5.60 for a meal? they would have paid me more than that to eat it. disgusting, never goes back.

I have had cod and chips twice from here and both times they were bad, swimming in oil the chips had a bitter taste to them and the fish was under cooked and full of bones I won't be going back. Come on is it that hard to cook good fish and chips.

I could like to be able to give less stars. My daughter as myself shared some fish, then we both where up half the night with a belly ache. As I type this at 1545 I still have a gut ache. The fish was still wet inside the batter. Not the first time I have had a belly ache from something here. Or my other half. Can safely say I will never ever go here again. And I've been going here since I was a little boy.

Just had cold chips and sausage. Chip had just come out of the fryer Overall not very good

Horrible.. one of the worst chip shops I've visited.. the batter on the sausages was tough the curry was lumpy and tasted vile and the fish was full of bones... threw it away in the end
