Plus, I only received one small nugget instead of four, and it wasn't even fresh! I've had some of the best chicken and customer service of my life at Jack's, but this location is a complete disappointment!
I just went through the drive-thru and realized I forgot to grab a bag of ice. The staff member at the window told me she couldn't add it for me. But then an amazing manager in a green shirt came over— I really wish I had caught her name. She said, "No, ma'am, that's not Jack's policy. You can add that bag of ice." Even though they were extremely busy, she took the time to correct the employee and remind her that it is indeed the policy to accommodate such requests at the window. Thank you, manager! You were fantastic, and I love my soft serve ice cream too!
I absolutely love my new ranch bacon Big Jack, but I received it without any lettuce or tomatoes. This is definitely not what I ordered! It's clearly evident from the photo.
Well this not a fast food restaurant. We came in at when lunch supposed to be going on. But they were still selling breakfast. Didn't get all my order, we had to check. We had to go back an get our 2 burgers. It took us at least 20 minutes, because ouruber driver was irritated. But the food was good. But we asked for 6 fries, but got 2 because they were so slow. Be expected towait awhile.
Why do you ask me what kind of sauce I want and don't give me a sauce? And why don't you have my potato cup half full? And why are you giving me a little nugget from four and not even fresh? I had some of the best chicken and best customer service of my LIFE at Jack's, but this joke of a place is not!!!!!!
