Ashi's Kitchen - Irvine

I am usually not a fan of vegan cookies, but Ashi's cookies are an exception. You can find Ashi's booth at the Great Park Farmers Market in Irvine on Sundays. She makes both vegan and non-vegan chocolate chip cookies, but I have only tried the vegan one and it is delicious. Her Persian background gives her cookies a unique twist - they are like a mix between a coconut macaroon and a chocolate chip cookie. Even though I am not a huge fan of coconut, I am seriously hooked on these cookies. I recently purchased her jewel trail mix and I am excited to add it to oatmeal and rice dishes.
