Bidra med feedbackThis Marriott is quite old and in need of updates. My room had a smoky odor, reminiscent of a restaurant kitchen, and there were fleas present. Additionally, the hotel staff was rude and unprofessional toward my wife and me. I would recommend avoiding this place if you're just passing through Irvine. The management really needs to make some changes.
This hotel is fine for an overnight. I wouldn't recommend a multiple night vacation here, but for a one night stay before a flight or a Disney day it's fine. It's definitely in need of some upgrades, but it's large, only $10 for parking in a garage and clean.
Terrible customer service (Jerry) and check in experience. Bathroom was dirty. Advertised rate was not applied despite assurance it would be validated. Would not stay here again for business.
The staff was非常 friendly, and the food served was excellent for a hotel.
I would rate this as one of the worst Courtyards I've ever stayed in. Here are a few reasons why: I had to pay for daily parking for the first time, and there was no breakfast included. The room has a persistent odor unless the AC is constantly running. The walls make knocking noises, which is quite unsettling. The sink drains very slowly, and there's a chip in the toilet tank—seriously, Marriott, can't you afford to replace a toilet? Additionally, there are yellow stains on the seat cover. To top it all off, the internet connection is very slow.
