Cosy place and good place for children too. Bery good coffee.

Came here on a Saturday morning. The food was good, but a little expensive. Most tables were taken up by people who are sitting straight and using their electrical devices. The best part of the entire experience is that there is no waiting time!

A reasonable price for good coffee. Very recommended in Irvine area. The staff is friendly here.

A small hidden coffee shop with sweet syrups and fast service. Adjacent to a very nice little walk around Woodbridge pond. A perfect coffee break, or place to chat with a friend, but although the food is okay, it's just shy of good. Prices are also somewhat on the higher side, with additional syrups are 75 cents at the cost of latte over the average 45-55 cents at other similar cafes

Cute little coffee gem. The coffee was really good. The barista working was super friendly as well. Location was clean and well lit. Hope to be back soon!
